Bookish Baddie Flow Club Participation Agreement & Media Release

By attending the Bedazzled and Bewitched Bookish Baddie Flow Club, hosted by Next Chapter and Novels and Needles, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photo & Media Release:

By participating in this event, you grant Next Chapter and Novels and Needles permission to photograph and record video during the event. You agree that these images or recordings may be used by Next Chapter and Novels and Needles for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, newsletters, and future event promotion, without compensation or further approval.

Health & Safety Acknowledgment:

Participation in yoga, movement, or wellness activities involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By attending this event, you acknowledge that:

You are voluntarily participating in this activity.

You understand it is your responsibility to listen to your body and choose movements that feel safe and appropriate for you.

You will inform the instructor before class begins of any injuries, medical conditions, limitations, or concerns that may affect your participation.

You understand that you may modify or stop any movement at any time.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver:

By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being during the event. You agree that Next Chapter, its instructors, partners, and venue hosts cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, or damages that may occur as a result of participating in this event.

You further agree that you waive the right to bring any legal claim or lawsuit against Next Chapter, its instructors, partners, or event venues related to participation in this activity.

Book Bedazzling FAQs:

How do the drill beads stay on the book?

We use a double-sided adhesive sheet that attaches to both the drill beads and the book covers- this means that you do not need to glue each drill bead individually to the cover, which speeds up the process and makes it more fun! Plus, this makes it easier for you to safely transport your project home.

Do I need to read the book before coming to the event?

If you would like to discuss the book with other book club members using the provided discussion questions, we recommend that you read the book in advance, but it is not necessary! If you would like to relax and enjoy bedazzling the book with plans to read it later, that is completely fine! We are a judgement-free zone!

I am not artistic or creative. Can I bedazzle a book?

Of course! The clear adhesive sheet we use lets you stick the drill beads directly onto the design of the book cover, meaning that you trace the design that is already on your book.

PLEASE NOTE: Since this is a collaborative event between Novels and Needles and Next Chapter, we are unable to accept discount codes to apply towards the event. Thank you for understanding!
